Terms of use

These cover the website. If you engage us, a separate written agreement covers the work, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Who we are

This site is operated by Verhelm Advisory Private Limited, trading as Verhelm Advisory, registered at C-64, First Floor, East of Kailash, New Delhi - 110065, CIN U62020DL2026PTC470212. Reach us at dhirajkhanna@verhelm.com.

Nothing here is advice

Everything on this website, including the Resources articles, the service descriptions and any output of AIAuditSense, is general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a conformity assessment, certification or attestation under the EU AI Act or any other framework.

Regulatory obligations turn on facts specific to your organisation. Reading a page here does not create a client relationship, and you should take advice on your own circumstances before acting. We are AI governance practitioners, not a law firm, and where legal exposure is material we will tell you to instruct counsel.

Accuracy and currency

We work from primary sources and date what we publish. Regulation moves The AI Act’s high-risk timetable changed in July 2026 and the DPDP Rules commence in phases through May 2027, so a page accurate on its stated date may not be accurate when you read it. Check the date at the top of any article and verify anything you intend to rely on.

Intellectual property

The content, design, brand and code of this site belong to us, except where third-party material is credited. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and link to anything here. You may not republish substantial extracts as your own work.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages. Automated crawling is permitted within the bounds set in robots.txt.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on its content. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Client engagements

Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property and liability. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
